This is my version of Chia seed pudding and its delicious. I have made it before, but I was not a fun of it despite the numerous health benefits. Chia seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, minerals, and antioxidants. Chia seeds promote heart health, support strong bones, and may improve blood sugar management. I decided to give this recipe a new twist and make it extra delicious. For this Chia seed pudding, I prepared it the night before and added high quality cocoa powder, and a little peanut butter for extra creaminess.
Here is the recipe:
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup plant-based milk *I used Soy without sugar
1 tablespoon organic and 100% pure peanut butter
1 tablespoon high quality cocoa powder
Mix everything together, seal and put in the fridge overnight. You can choose your toppings such as yoghurt, or fresh fruits as seen in the photo.
