4 oranges, peeled
Juice of 1 freshly squeezed lemon
1 – inch of peeled and grated fresh ginger
4 Medjool dates, pitted
1 teaspoon curcuma powder
1 tbsp Maple syrup
A few sprigs of fresh rosemary, optional
1 carrot, peeled and grated
250 grams of filtered water
Peel and grate the Carrot.
Peel the Oranges and put in a food processor, together with the freshly squeezed lemon juice, water, grated ginger, pitted dates, curcuma powder, maple syrup and pulse until smooth.
Serve with ice and a few sprigs of fresh rosemary, if using.
