Sweet purple potato chia-seed pudding

Serving size 1:

Buy everything organic if you can.



¼ cup purple potato, peeled and mashed

1 tbsp almond butter

¼ cup chia seeds

1 tsp pure vanilla essence

1 tbsp vanilla protein powder

1 tsp cordyceps mushroom powder

1 tbsp fruits of your choice

1 cup of almond milk


Store in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
