Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
(Serves 2)
Ingredients:
1 cup / 225 grams pumpkin puree
1 large ripe banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 pitted dates
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
5 ice cubes
Ground flaxseeds
whipped cream to taste (optional)
Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
